    - The master suite features a plush king-size bed and private bath.

    - Bedroom 2 includes 2 fun twin-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or groups.

    - Bedroom 3 has 1 twin bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, great for guests of all ages.

    - 2nd bathroom upstairs with two sinks, and another 3rd downstairs bathroom with an additional shower.

    - Stylish living room w/ smart TV.

    - Fully equipped kitchen w/ modern appliances + dining table

    - Front and back porch.

Fabulous Place to Stay

We stayed at this great home for our weekend in Baton Rouge and it was in the perfect location for everything we needed! The arrangement of beds were great for our group of seven men and myself. The place was clean and well decorated. Would rebook for our next time to Baton Rouge!

This was an exceptionally wonderful place to stay in Baton Rouge. It was a perfect location for what we were doing on LSU on the south end of the campus. It was in a very quiet clean. Well kept neighborhood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and were pleasantly surprised with how clean the townhouse was. It offered plenty of space for 9 women! And they went the extra mile with coffee pods and soap/shampoo in the showers. It was also in a safe location. Would highly recommend for large groups!

Perfect

The location of the property was perfect. It was less than 5 minutes from the LSU campus and maybe 15 to 20 minutes from everything else. The neighborhood and house were very clean. My host communicated very well and was not intrusive. Loved the place and would love to stay again if available.

Home Away from Home

Our stay was as relaxing as home. Giant TVs throughout the house; everything needed was right at your fingertips, from shampoo to coat hangers! Response to our initial walkthrough was immediate (although nothing new was found). Convenient, quiet location.Owners were friendly and accommodating. Will try to rent during our next stay in BTR.

The property was nice, but the dryer had no heat. The towels were minimal and the toilet paper was scare. Also, the ladies in my group would have appreciated a hair dryer (but my guess is this item frequently gets stolen), and an air fryer is now the must have appliance, Thank you.
