"I stayed two days. They didn’t make the bed, clean the room or refresh the room. No single water and safe store in the room. Kind of self service hotel make your bed and room. "

"The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem. We were startled awake by a fire alarm. "Although other reviews mentioned this being an “older hotel”, the interior of the hotel did not reflect that at all! The rooms, lobby, and hallways were very nicely renovated! And the entire hotel was immaculate! We will definitely stay here again when in the Dallas area! "

"We stay here frequently. The location is great for all of our needs in the area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but could use a good deep clean to clean up or make repairs of grout and around fixtures and drains. "Parking was easy with the lot behind hotel Rooms clean, the pillows are terrible! They are so flat, even after going to the front desk for a couple extras, it was still not enough! Bring your own if you can for a better experience!"

"No I did not use the laundry service but I did see that they had one. The room was ok . Could have had more towels for the amount of ppl in the room. The bathroom was a lil out dated. I was able to reset most of them over and over again and some stayed on!? But they have a severe electric problem!!"
