"There was no trash bags in the rooms. The furniture were torn and looks dirty. The carpet was filthy. The staff were very helpful. Served us cookies and when I misplaced my wallet, the lady took her time to help me find my wallet. I can’t remember the names of the 2 staff that served me the cookies and the one who helped me find my wallet. I appreciate them and will come back to the facility because of them"

"If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best...

"I was good with everything except the food. While it was good, it was ridiculously expensive. I got quesadillas, no protein - charged full price. Chips & salsa was $14! A pint of Hagen Daz was $14!!! Also, the bartender I had was very unresponsive, I practically had to flag him down. While I will stay at the hotel again, I will not be a patron on their restaurant & bar."

"Staff could be more professional. They lied. I reserved a room since I had two rooms. I needed them next to or the same floor. I was told yes, and I was giving a room number to later find out my second room was on the 3rd floor. when I mentioned that I was giving a room number, the staff ignored me. I was on 229 the second room was supposed to be 230, instead it was on the 3rd floor. I asked for an extra blanket, I was told no. The staff were not so nice."
