"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people....

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. "I stayed here with my daughters and the location couldn’t have been better right in the heart of a great shopping area. We were able to walk to both the train station and the ferry terminal, which made exploring the Amalfi Coast incredibly convenient. The room was spacious enough for the three of us and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay"
