"Wonderful stay fun, clean hotel. Very comfortable bed and room. Customer service was EXCELLENT We were here during the sargassum bloom. I would not let it stop me from returning. We took two boat trips offshore and had beautiful waters to swim in. The pool area is really fun and refreshing."

"The dinner restaurant staff is VERY slow, but the food was good. Beach was contaminated with sargasum so we couldn't use it. Other than that the hotel is excellent, great location, staff is nice."

"Couldn't ask for a better stay! It's not the newest most modern resort but it is very clean and well taken care of and the theming is awesome. I have to say that the rooms are on the smaller side and the layout of the buildings lend themselves to having some rooms that do not have views at all or are tucked away in dark hallways however, we got lucky and stayed in a room which was away from it all. Room 243 we had view of the Bay and were just steps away from Publix. The rooms by the pool aren't...
