"Unfortunately, I was faced with multiple surgeries that I wasn’t expecting. And I didn’t buy insurance that would allow me to get a refund. I felt something could’ve been done if you rented out the place even for a day I could’ve gotten at least that much refunded. I got nothing. I even offered to come in November however, I understand if it’s not rented it’s a loss however that other conversation could’ve led to a happier ending. Such as if we rent it even for a day we’ll refund you that part...

"We had a great 2 night stay at the Tropical Heron Hideaway. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed plus some additional nice touches like hair ties, Q-tips and cotton pads in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and our college-aged son was able to sleep on the couch. The location was good - it was a 15 minute easy walk down to the Duval Street area. We were able to easily find parking right in front of the unit, and once we parked with either walked or took Lyft...
