"Staying at Synergy Broadbeach for about the 4th time and once again had a great time. The only downside was they had the window washers in and we could not use the pool until 3pm. Ordered a 2 bedroom ocean view room, which we got and on the 24th floor. The pleasent surprise was, we got an extra bedroom (sort of) which came in handy so my Mum did not have to share a room with my Daughter. The extra room however has no door and pretty much connected to the kitchen, but still was great to have...

"Resort facilities were rather dated. Parking limited. Staff and service were excellent in both hotel and resort restaurants. Pool temperature was warm and relaxing. Lifeguards on duty were extremely attentive and professional."

"Wonderful location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry services or machines would’ve been greatly appreciated as well as a gym. Bed sheets were scratchy and cheap and pillows were flat. Overall, it was a very nice stay."

"The room was clean, and very spacious, it had everything that I needed.. I love the big hanging baskets, they are beautiful.I I thought the surrounds up to the garden view rooms, had been let go a bit, which makes you feel like you are staying in a forgotten area."
