"The room was small and the bed was definitely not a queen. It was more like a full sized bed. Before I arrived I requested for a room with 2 beds because there were 2 of us. They originally agreed but when we arrived they refused unless we paid an additional $150 per night. So we had to share a full size bed in a tiny room. But they had a nice pool area. Overall the hotel gave Bates Motel vibes. "

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."

"Older hotel, could use some room updates. Overall we had a great experience at PS Hyatt. Breakfast was outstanding & kids played in pool all day. Had nice view of pool & mountains from our balcony. Walking distance to everything in Palm Springs strip. Quick check-in & parked for free in public garage & on-street. Hotel had one of the nicest weight rooms I have ever used in a hotel. All equipment was like new. We will book again"

"My stay at Miramonte Resort & Spa (Tommy Bahama) was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful. "Overall great hotel, but for a $450 hotel that takes $70 resort fee (and we spent extras in the restaruants and pools) I would expect not to be greedy when I ask to stay an extra hour and ask me to pay $150 (for 2 hours!!!) while saying celarly that they will check if the room is booked or if its possible and getting back to me that it is free / possible - why not going the extra mile for excelent experiese vs. coming across greedy (on thop of the resort fee). "Really disappointed in guest accommodations as well as the advertisement of being able to have 24 hour access. Unfortunately all spas and pools do not stay warm and were very cold. Also disappointing to come to a spa overnight stay with a broken wrist and no concierge available to deliver my bags to the room. Several flights of stairs and trips to my room made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. "
