"Everything was good, but it is not OK to carry out renovation work with a demolition hammer on a floor full of tourists for more than a week"

"Enjoyed our stay, didn’t like reserved sunbeds by pool before 7.30am"

"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Excellent 6 night stay for Starmus festival! There are surprisingly few parking spaces for a hotel of this size, but we had no problem and staff would readily sort spaces for guests where mone were evident."

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as...

"Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...

"Excellent hotel"

"Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren proper en het hotel was goed verzorgd. Alleen moesten wij bij het inchecken nog eens 150€ extra betalen als borg. Dit heb ik wel netjes dezelfde dag van uitchecken terug op mijn rekening gehad. Ook was de spa niet gratis en was dit nog een extra bedrag per persoon voor 2 uur."

"We stayed for 4 nights. 3 of those days we had no internet in the room. The service staff in the restaurant and bars were excellent and hard working. But the front staff at reception were not very helpful solving our internet problems. They just shrugged and told us it was up their tech supplier to come and fix, and there was nothing they could do about it....."

"The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks. Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay."

"The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."

"Als Privileg war es genau das was wir kennen und erwarten haben. Parkplätze sind Mangelware"

"Everything was good except that the food at lunch does not have much selection."
