Putzfrauen waren super, Zimmer war sauber. Personal an der poolbar sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Personal im Buffet Restaurant bis auf ein zwei Ausnahmen ständig schlecht gelaunt. This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!

Room was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning team but the bathroom and bed were a bit tired and could be doing with being upgraded.

Room must have been decorated in 1970’s and given a clean not long after ! Light switch beside the bed would not turn off , only way to sleep was to take the key out and have no electric ! Could nt charge phones for trip home Avoid this hotel

Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour ...
