"Property is clean and comfortable and is value for the money it costs. Staff were helpful. It's a little out of the way but close enough to be convenient. The design of the hotel reception rises to the top of the building with a clear roof, looks great but as people come in at all hours of the night that opens space acts as a microphone to what they are all saying so it's was quite loud during the night. It wasn't that bad but not ideal."

I booked this property specifically so I didn't have to trek very far to the concert I was going to, and the nightly rate when I was going was an incredible value for being so close to the concert halls. In general, the location is great for getting into the city, the airport, or even if you don't want to go very far, there are several places to eat, shop, or groceries. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a great touch too."

"My wife and I vised Amsterdam in February 2026. The WestCord City Centre Hotel is a super hotel in a fantastic location. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and a similar distance from Dam Square where a lot of the attractions are close to. All the staff we met were very friendly and happy to help with information about a wide range of things, how to get somewhere, booking tickets etc. Our only negative view was that the room was quite small and did not have a lot of wardrobe/storage...
