"My initial dish of fish looked half raw and had to change to another dish which was very good. It seems that most of the tours in Peru start very early in the morning and when I asked the front desk ( on 2 different days)for a to-go early snack, it was refused. Fortunately, on both occasions, another staff member graciously made this happen for which I was grateful. Otherwise, stay was very good"

"This was a beautiful hotel, with a very convenient location and excellent staff. The only issue we encountered was that our toilet did not flush, and when we asked to have that fixed, someone came up and tried to help, but it still never worked. Luckily we were only there one night, so we ended up using the toilet in the lobby, but that would not have been a good long term solution. We told them this upon checkout, so that at least they could fix it for the next occupant, but they didn't seem to...
