Welcome to York Beach Maine, one of the premier seaside communities with 4 Sandy beaches. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is the left side of a recently updated duplex and is located steps away from downtown York Beach, Short and Long Sands Beaches and many other attractions that York has to offer.
This condo comes with onsite parking, and a large backyard to enjoy the sunshine with friends and family. Enjoy the beautiful flowers out front and close proximity to some of southern Maine's most beautiful beaches - your vacation away awaits!
The vacation home has been recently outfitted with new windows , siding, and a new deck off the back, making this cottage a great care-free spot for a vacation in any season, Spring, Summer or for example in the Fall, enjoy quiet leaf peepers season.

The condo is also conveniently located within driving distance to many local Hospitals, Clinics and / or the Kittery Naval Shipyard for your 3+ Months assignments. Fall through Sprint time.
The property is professionally managed by Coastal Getaways in York Maine.
The owner of property also lives locally and is willing to accommodate any reasonable requests.
Pets are considered - always on leash, well behaved and crated.

Clean and comfortable

This property is clearly well-cared for and maintained. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to Short Sands beach and activities. Exactly what we needed!

Family Beach Getaway

This is a newly remodeled duplex. Yard is beautifully maintained by owner next door. Short walk to York Beach downtown. Very comfortable and clean. Great deck with BBQ Grill. When we arrived for a weeklong stay there were no sheets or towels. Contacted Mgr. and they were provided. If staying for longer than a weekend you’ll probably need to buy extra TP, dishwasher pods, and coffee. Small things, otherwise a 5+

Great rental in York!

I’ve rented in York many times but this was my first time through VRBO. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Upon arriving, my family & I broke out in a big grin. It’s beautiful property; clean, well maintained and nicely located. It’s near everything but also on a dead end with a lovely back yard that’s very peaceful. We all loved it. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly located

Location was perfect between both downtown and long sands beach. House was well kept and exterior landscape was very nice. Great place to stay for a family vacation. Will be back next year for sure!
