"I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled ."

"Was very impressed with the hotel and customer service i wouldn’t recommend breakfast as"

"Lubly"

"Great ocean views"

"Refused entry after payment with confirmation number, manager is untrustworthy, dishonest and a liar."

"Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older"

"Some stain on the blanket. Friendly staff."

"This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. "Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money."

We were allocated a room on the third floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs after 11pm when arrived extremely tired from a long flight from the UK. We raised our concerns but were simply told, "We are fully booked and can't change your...

"The place, location and well maintained hotel. I recommend families to visit the hotel, its a budget price with 4 star rooms"

"Room was clean and there was a lift to the upper floors"
