"We had a most enjoyable first stay at South Sands having had to change our plans at short notice due to an injury which meant that my husband was unable to fly. As we arrived to check-in Jonathan the food and beverages manager gave us the warmest of welcomes, he presides over an excellent team. The menu was extensive and varied using the delicious fresh local fish and seafood to its full advantage, the lobster bisque amongst other dishes is to be highly recommended. "Room was ready early and was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us including finding a bowl for us to use as an ice bucket! Towels were huge and luxurious. Perfect night away with enough space and comfort to relax. Brilliant location walking distance from the hoe and theatre. "
