Great upstairs area with open plan kitchen, dining area with balcony and sea view. Andy the host was great, regular contact before with instructions for parking etc and also recommending cafes and restaurants. Great transport links with train and bus into Brighton too. "I had the continental breakfast which was fine but coffee received on my 2nd and 3rd day was not good. The coffee I received on the first day was good. The reception staff only seemed to greet you if you spoke to them. The staff at breakfast were nice and friendly. The room was in need of a makeover and upgrade. The room was dated and there was a smell from the restaurant that emerged into the bathroom. The smell was not pleasant. The tv in the room was poor, the sound seemed to go off a lot and...
