Easter holiday trip

We are happy with the location and cleanliness of the property. We are not happy with the communication and lack of response from the property manager. 1. Microwave switch was not working. 2. Back sliding door was stuck, and we could not freely to backyard. 3. Shower head in one of the bathrooms was faulty. We called the emergency mobile no. a few times but no action was taken for the first two issues.
