B&B en Winkleigh

"I originally stayed at this B&B about 20 years ago while walking the coastal path, & decided to return as the village was in an ideal place for our touring holiday. The steep driveway & smallish space made for tricky parking with a large car, but doable. Our room was clean & comfortable, if a little dated in style. The owners were welcoming & helpful. Breakfast the next morning set us up for the day. We had a meal in the pub near the beach, & took a stroll around the village."

"A wonderful place to stay in Ilfracombe. Lorraine and Adrian were excellent hosts and very welcoming. My room and ensuite were great, with a view down over the town and towards the sea. Spotlessly clean. There is a new terrace area for seating outside and they have retained the Honesty Bar downstairs with a range of beers, ciders, wine and soft drinks. The breakfast area opens out on to the terrace and the Breakfast menu is truly amazing with a massive choice and ALL dietary needs catered for....

"I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay."

"Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again."

"This is an excellent family run bed and breakfast in the centre of Tavistock. The room was spacious and even though the room was facing the road, I could not hear any traffic. The location was excellent and I loved the character of the road and houses. I would visit again."

"We had a wonderful stay while attending a wedding at watermouth cove. The view from our room was incredible, the room was super spacious and comfortable and the hospitality from Chris including a very hearty and delicious breakfast was superb. It’s also in a beautiful quiet location right next to a cove where you can walk and swim."
