They took our luggage up to our room which went over and above what we would race as good service. Throughout our stay, Paul and Kate were wonderful , friendly, knowledgeable & helpful hosts. Expedia clearly stated that we would pay at the property, then shortly after booking asked us to pay 50% deposit, which after checking with the property was not required. Then 24 hours before arrival Expedia took the full amount from our account.

"Great central location. Property was well appointed and comfortable. We thought an earlier check in would have improved our experience as it was a very wet day and we were soaking. We didn’t find the cutlery drawer until the next day - we searched everywhere . We eventually rang up and we’re told it was in a hidden drawer . We are still laughing now - it is obvious now we know 😂"
