"Victor and Johanna were so friendly and warm, we felt valued. The breakfasts were delicious! The hotel was clean, comfortable and we appreciated the easy parking. Being so close to restaurants and the town center made walking about so easy. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast."

"The fell rooms was an absolutely stunning place to stay in Ambleside. The rooms were incredible, so clean and well thought out. The little extras such as biscuits, a fan in the room and heated towel rails made such a positive difference in our experience. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed our stay here."

"The the property and gardens, of course are phenomenal. This is an older. estate property so some issues can be expected with the conditions of the finishes. "Excellent Breakfast and good location."

"El desayuno muy bien y está céntrico. No tiene ascensor "

"Very good overall but internal corridor security was confusing and could have been better labelled. We had to phone the desk to tell us how to use the security switches in order to get to the restaurant!"
