Very private and quiet surrounded by nature and it's friendly wildlife nestled in your own little world only a minute off the highway to Grand Canyon. Bring the family, bring 2, you've got plenty of room to enjoy your own space and a wonderful nature experience right from the comfort of your own home. Enjoy 2 roomy sitting areas. One has an fireplace, with great southwest decor. A private family room which is a quiet place to visit or read. You can fit a large crowd into the large country kitchen . . .fully furnished. The large table expands to 11 chairs with more at the bar and plenty or cookware and counter top space. Don't forget the sunset and great views.

After a gorgeous sunset, you can enjoy the local nightlife with a wide array of entertainment or have a quiet evening around the instant fireplace enjoying each others company or watching your favorite dish network channel.
This area is an artist's and photographer's dream. The children especially love the Birds f Prey --Flintstones Town, the arcade, bowling, Indian dancing and cowboy singing, all approximately five minutes away, and the Deer Farm with so many tame and friendly wild animals, just 5-30 minutes away.
You'll feel the quaintness and quiet of rustic remoteness, yet be just two minutes off Highway 64, and about 15 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park.
This mountain-view home is conveniently close to all the places you'll want to visit. And convenience stores, gas, and food, restaurants and gift shop facilities are only about 5-10 minutes depending which way you go.

A great place for a family vacation to the Grand Canyon. Secluded out in the country is exactly what we wanted but close to the Canyon. Beds were comfortable and large kitchen and dining table were great for family dinners.

On the Doorstep

Fantastic location for access to the park. Able to enjoy more time in the park by not taking time to get to the park.The property was comfortable and cozy. All amenities needed were available. It was a wonderful experience for the entire family.

Spacious home just outside Grand Canyon

We stayed here with a big field team geologizing in the Grand Canyon. The home was a cheerful base of operations, with a big kitchen, lots of room for everyone, and mere minutes from the South Entrance. Looking forward to staying again.

Away from crowds but close to Grand Canyon entrance,

All five adults loved this property. It’s an easy 20 min drive from GC park entrance and much more affordable than the hotels in Tusayan or in GC park. We also enjoyed havi g kitchen, separate bedrooms and common area.

Good for large families or groups

Very comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped. It's basically as close as you can get to the Grand Canyon for a rental house. Some of the decor is outdated and could be updated, and the water pressure was often low or uneven. Very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful sunsets.

Great home near the Grand Canyon

We stayed there along with my husband's parents, and we had more than enough space. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed some quiet time there after spending most of 2 days at Grand Canyon. It's about a 30 minute drive from the house to the entrance of the Grand Canyon (more if the traffic is backed up at the pay stations due to the government cuts), so it's about as far away as I would like to stay with driving back and forth.Trish is super helpful, and we would happily stay there again should we return to the area.

Birthday weekend

Went here for a birthday weekend with 9 people. Nice place - clean, well equipped, large, 25 minutes from Grand Canyon and 30 minutes from Williams. Host super helpful and accommodating! Go grocery shopping in Williams on your way in.

Weekend at the Grand Canyon

We had a great weekend getaway. The host was quick to respond to questions and provided helpful information such as where to stop to pick up groceries on the way. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and the beautiful night sky. An unexpected plus was there were toys and couch/mat for kids that our toddler loved!

Spacious and comfortable residence near GC

We had a great experience in this comfortably equipped 4BR (+ one room with small fokdout bed) house about equidistant between Williams and the South Rim. The hodts eere gracious and responsive as well. Highly recommended.
