Booked a last minute stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. No provisions or offers given to celebrate our special day, not even a 'happy anniversary' comment! Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there.

Location of the property and room amenities were great. The 24 coffee machine and water refill was well utilized as the location permitted crossing the hotel around all tourist destinations.
