"Only one person was helpful and friendly when we first arrived, but it was all downhill from there. Breakfast items run out quickly, and if you even ask about them, you get the rudest treatment. The soaps in the room were not filled upon arrival, and if you ask for refills or even fresh towels, you get the same attitude. The owners or managers need to hire better personnel who actually care about serving this hotel’s guests."

"First off. This hotel is not in Philly. Its still NJ. Its about 15 mins away from Philly and you need to pay a toll. 6 or 9 dollars. Dont remember. Late even staff is not that helpful. Hes too occupied with his cell phone. Its newly renovated so thats a plus. Breakfast staff and front desk in the morning are fantastic."

"One of the worst hotels experiences I’ve had. The first room we were given smelled strongly like mildew, the towels had someone’s hair on them, and were damp. However, the front desk attendant was nice enough to put us in another room. We also have reason to believe that the housekeeper left our room unlocked and open, putting our belongings and safety at risk on the first day we stayed there, despite the hotel claiming that they only provide services every three days.
