"They secured our luggage when we arrived early in the morning so we could start our vacation without having to carry it everywhere. Then they gave me a text when our room was ready. The staff was super friendly and the place was even cleaner than my house. It does not have AC so if you coming in summer be aware but aside from that we only had great things to say about it. We will stay here if we come back to London."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Its not bad. A little dirty. They provided us fans during the heat wave which were rather dirty. There was also an eggy smell coming from the boiler/laundry room which was gross at best and mildly concerning at worst. The check in was good and the team was responsive. The most baffling part was that the living room windows cant be opened as its a double pane system. We were there during a heat wave and we were all forced to migrate to the bedroom since there was no way to cool the living room...
