"The unit is in a very residential area that is just at the edge of what feels like a gentrifying area. The area is not by any stretch "unsafe" but it looks a little more gritty than the pictures let on. The shower is TINY. I am a 5'11" in-shape adult man and I felt crunched in the shower.
