The home listed is the back unit of a duplex, it has completely separate entrances and driveways. Our 6-foot gate and privacy fence between our driveway and yard keep the property very secure. You will not share anything other than the laundry room with other guests. The yard is completely fenced in and very private.

Once you enter our front gate you will walk into our deck/yard This area features a fire pit with lounge chairs, a separate outdoor seating area, an outdoor bar, and a charcoal grille with string lighting throughout the yard.



This home has a 2-car driveway. There is a security camera on the front of our home facing the street. The closest beach is Oceanfront Park where parking is $1-$2/hour and can be paid for via the “Park Mobile” phone application.
