I loved the place and was thinking of staying there more often because it is convenient for me. I was extremely disappointed that upon check out i was charged $30 from my security deposit because the towel was stained ( from washing my red hair and they told me the towel was damaged beyond recovery) this is the first time a hotel has ever done this . Dont think i will stay there again

Room was clean, inconvenient not to have staff for front desk, log in link didn’t work to upload Id photos, had to call several times, staff answered very quickly and helped with my account, not enough parking, I was not the only person who had trouble getting in the hotel, 2 other people had the same problem

Early check in isn’t early check in it’s maybe an hour or two before normal check in and you have to pay for it ,we also waited right outside of the room for hours and it was clean and ready but they made us wait till the check in time saying it wasn’t ready there is no garden or waiting area like it say. It’s broken down furniture and not on a great street either so sitting outside isn’t ideal. The inside of the two bedroom family suite is not bad the bedrooms are small but they have a nice kitchen area and big bathroom that’s about the only nice thing at this place.

It was a nice room for 2. Very close to everything. The room had a good size fridge to bring some snacks for your trip. I stayed 3 days with mom and got her some milk for the coffee and then I found out the room provide these items for us. Coffee, cream sugar. Even 2 bottles of nice cold water were waiting for us upon arriving. Very thoughtful. Thank you. The only thing I would say is the room could be upgraded with a small table and chair to sit down and eat. The bathroom was nice and had plenty of room to put all my make up. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Although nothing happened to me and not even a scratch on my car is good for others to be aware of the area around specially at night. Lots of junkies and unsafe to walk but this is not the hotel's fault. Which is why I opted to pay the reserved parking fee to avoid walking around to the car. No desk to check in but no problem. I followed the instructions sent to me and it was easy. They also respond fast to any message you send them. Overall it was nice clean convenient and affordable room in West Palm Beach

My stay at the Jaxon was pleasant and so comfortable. Upon arrival (I arrived at night) the air conditioning and bedside light were already on, which I appreciated. The tv was also on a relaxing music station. After a long day of travel this meant a lot. The room was cozy, the decor was beautifully modern, the bed was so comfortable. The room had everything I needed. Towels, bathroom toiletries, coffee maker, microwave, iron, dishes, utensils, full size refrigerator, and kitchen sink. The area was very quiet during the night. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

The room was spotless! Included WiFi, a flatscreen TV, complimentary water and a really comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked all throughout my stay. All appliances worked as they should. The room itself was very cute, modern and minimalist. Housekeeping staff were friendly. My only complaint really is the blinds. It would be nice to have some type of window curtains installed. Light shines through, even at night when cars pull in with their headlights on.

Not many amenities. Not having someone on site was a pain! Responses can take time to get back and if they don't respond and you end up calling they make it like it's your fault. Also 30.00 for early check-in seemed like a cash grab to me, my room was done but in order to get in I had to pay that up front before my door code worked! Overall once in the room (which is VERY small) it was nice room. I did end up going out both in the day and at night and will say the neighborhood at night is very sketchy and there were at least 10 coo cars at gas station down road!!! So if you can find a better place I'd go there instead, but for what it was, it wasn't the worst I've dealt with but certainly not the best either! I'd stay here again IF there was nothing better in vicinity!!!

I had a wonderful stay at The Jaxon Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Very small room but immaculate, appeared to be essentially all new inside - surprisingly, refrigerator, microwave high end appliances. Comfortable bed but very small room. My biggest issue was no chair or table for computer use. No on-site staff. Remote check-in a pain, only lets you in at EXACTLY 4PM. Door lock battery was replaced, locking me out, required a call and getting a housekeeper to get me a real key. Limited parking - not enough spaces to accommodate full occupancy. Other than the two noted issues, property a good value.

This place was a total find! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Jaxson. The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable with a cute modern style. Check-in-out process was very easy. The air conditioning unit was very efficient and quiet. It was so convenient to have a Keurig, refrigerator and small microwave in the room as well as your basic cutlery and dishes. I would suggest the tiniest improvements to make the room even better… A small clothes rack or more hooks to hang a few things, and a small table with a chair would have made this room an 11/10. To be fair, I had the ADA room so I am thinking there needed to be certain space requirements which is why a table/chair were not present. However, I feel this stay was fantastic for the price point and would definitely stay here again.
