"Our room was not cleaned. There were clothes left in the dresser from I'm guessing people that stayed there before me. No blankets on the bed, just a sheet. Toilet was filthy. Walls were disgusting. Liquid splashed on them. Tub was not cleaned. It had a ring around it."

"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

Staff gave us additional coffee pods for the Keurig in our room which did not require him to keep going down to the lobby for coffee as hubby drinks coffee 24/7. While pool is only 3 - 4 ft deep, it was useful for doing laps. I was only person using it on...
