"We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend."

"Everything was great but many things closed mid-week in Jim Thorpe. Limited access to restaurants and bars. On site bar was closed."

"When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. "Do not choose this hotel it was terrible stay so bad that me and my girl even checked out a day early. The staff was not helpful when asked for help the air conditioner was in terrible condition, the room constantly smelled cigarettes, the bathroom tub was in bad shape , the toilet got clogged the room was filled with ants so bad that it even got onto our beds. Do not chose this hotel bad stay"

"The entire stay was terrible! Gave us keys to someone else room. Sheets had stains and requested manager come to our room. He proceeded to give many excuses including " we rent to the homeless in the off season and they trash the place". They did change the sheets but he "assured us" the stained sheets were clean!"

"The first room i was assigned was not cleaned i videoed the issues took it to front desk and they apologized and switched me the bathroom was not cleaned hair on walls and tub and dried up toothpaste on the since knob and one of the staff offered to clean it and what he did next i was out of there how you cleaning with no chemicals and tissue.. in the second room was ok so i stayed my 2 nights but will not stay there again needs upgrading and better cleaning crew"
