The included breakfast was a bonus, and the overall cost for the stay was very reasonable. They have an outdoor fire pit near the front entrance, and it was nice to sit out and enjoy the fire. "I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed "

"Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was...

"Pool was unclean, no bathroom or shower at pool. Room door was not secure able as well, loose in frame. Curtains not closing enough to block out lights from outside. Television was too dark and no way to adjust to make brighter. "

"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Expedia messed up my booking. The person at the front tried to help but had very limited say in the matter. As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going. "The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise."
