"The staff was amazing. The front desk dealt with an expedia bug that double booked customers very graciously and were very welcoming every day of my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood close to most places you want to visit in nyc. They have a great lounge where you can enjoy drinks, food and watch a world cup game. The staff is what absolutely makes this place amazing . From the front desk to the staff at the lounge they are all superstars !! See you soon Eddie"

"The room was a good size for NYC, not a closet! Bed was comfy with adequate pillows. The Bell Man was super helpful/accommodating. The Front Desk wasn’t super accommodating with early check-in l, but did end up letting my hubby check-in an hour early. The location is convenient & by Time Square."

"Stayed for a week. We don’t like having cleaning staff in our rooms everyday and they were constantly knocking on the door to come in and clean even with the tag on the door handle and at one point one of them walked in and started cleaning when we opened the door with us both in there"
