"Stayed for Christmas shopping, shops disappointing but the hotel more than made up for it. All staff we interacted with were welcoming, smiley and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and our evening meal in the restaurant was lovely. Bonus was the parking and late check out. Would definitely stay again if in that area."

"From entering the lobby which was lovely and beautifully decorated for Xmas to the friendly efficient reception staff to my great comfy, clean and facilitous room to a very nice dinner served by really great staff to a very nice breakfast and my check out where reception staff wished me a great day.. "The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from.
