"Excellent, fresh breakfast. Very good selection of drinks at the bar. Spectacular building and grounds."

"Room was clean and staff friendly. TV only had 2 channels that worked and when you flush the toilet the bedroom walls shook as if something was going to errupt from within. Breakfast was a disapointment and not worth. It was meant to serve until 10:30 but at 9am it was like locusts had attacked. Whilst hot food did eventually get restocked the pastries etc didnt. "

The mattress added to the lack of sleep as it was very uncomfortable. "Do not stay here, it needs demolishing. If you are desperate for somewhere to sleep consider getting a sleeping bag and sleeping on the streets! It was a walk in, walk out and find another hotel scenario!"

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
