"We love the Omni and stay there when we are in DC. It is very homey, but in that vein the rooms are showing their age and the grand dame needs an upgrade. Love the staff and the ambiance."

Park Hyatt Washington
"Room was not clean and had a strong chemical odor to it upon arrival. Carpets in hallways were filthy with stains everywhere. Broken glass shards were scattered in front of our door (must not have been cleaned)."
