"Our stay was wonderful, everything is so close that we wanted to see, the gym is 10/10, and the restaurant was wonderful, complements to the chef. The coffee shop was also delicious, I’d give it 4/5 stars. We had a small problem with our room, the front desk handled it well and made sure we were good. Valet parking was nice, it’s a consistent rate no matter if you get your car out 1 time or 100 times. $70/night was extreme but worth it to keep our vehicle safe (the parking garage is just for...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Willard. The hotel’s historic elegance, unbeatable location, and exceptional service made our trip especially memorable.
We booked a Junior 2 Queen Bed Suite, which worked perfectly for our family. The separate sitting area with a pull-out couch gave our kids their own space to sleep. This made the room feel much larger and more comfortable than a standard hotel room.

"The staff was very friendly. It's a very popular place on the weekends for both guests and non-guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was probably the best I've slept on in a hotel. The room stayed really cool even with nearly 100° heat that day. The front desk was attentive. I liked that they communicated a lot via text.
