Property had some broken blinds and was in a flood area.

Road to place/shared house was ruff, bathroom is just inside the entry door not centrally located. Coffee pot stopped working after 1 day. Layouts of rooms are different; you have to go through kitchen to get to bathroom. Overall unit was clean and friendly. Close to ever thing Oakland Beach. Worth the money.

This property is as listed, priced accordingly, and is an overall great value. The location is at the end of a quiet street. Off street parking is nice. The entrance walkway through the yard could use a facelift. But inside is very nice. Comfortable, all the conveniences are provided. Would stay here again in the future.

Great Stay!

Overall it was a great stay! The thermostat only had heat or off options, the bedroom on the left gets extremely hot quick due to multiple air vents in it. The beds need an upgrade, they were not very comfortable. Even a mattress topper would make them better! The place was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The place is a duplex which we read on a review but didn’t see on the listing until we got our check in instructions. You can hear everything from the people upstairs especially if they are extra loud. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. It is in a great location. Not far from anything. We would stay here again!

Overall not a bad experience however, the beds are in need of upgrades, there were ants in the kitchen and the floors were dirty. The bathroom was large but the shower drain was clogged and the shower curtain was dirty. Would rent again if the mattresses were replaced and other concerns were resolved. Unfortunately, we never heard back from the host.

It was very good. The bed in the bedroom on the left is right under the heat vent so it makes it hard to sleep. That’s my only issue.Was a very clean place

Overnight

This property was very clean and very minimalist. There are no lights bedside for reading. There is an issue with the heating. We were a party of 5 so we utilized both bedrooms and the couch. One bedroom was intolerably hot and the other was truly freezing. The only way to work it out is to leave all the doors open which is less than desirable and still the rooms were uncomfortable but this was in 20 degree weather. We had an issue with not enough linens and called the number in the book. We were very pleased when our call was returned immediately and problem was solved.

Unfortunately we had several issues. The first was my fault but there was no table to eat on…I assumed there would be. The shower curtain needed changing. No TV service. Garbage cans stayed out front laying all over the lawn We did not know it was a 2 family house…. No hand towels Tub drain needs work. No towel racks Sorry but it needs to be brought up to par.

Basic but clean

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood which is nice, but there is no outdoor furniture so no possibility to enjoy the garden. The bed in the second bedroom is not very comfortable, and there is no AC in that bedroom either. It would be nice to have a small table and folding chairs to Eat at, and it could Do with an extra armchair. There was a lot of noise from the upper apartment- they need to invest in some soundproofing.

Perfect doesn’t even begin to describe it. Rooms are light and airy with a lot of natural light And it is super clean. In a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I95 (once you master the traffic circles). I would highly recommend this property

Sailing Event

The apartment suited our needs very well. It was clean, nicely decorated, but not cluttered. There was plenty of space for myself and two teenage boys. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities for cooking simple meals. However, the lack of a dining table made eating a little awkward. We did appreciate the Roku tv, so that we could watch the Olympics. The apartment is at the end of the dead end street which was quiet and felt safe. The grocery store, laundrymat and Dunkin's were less than a 5 minute drive. East Greenwich is about a half an hour drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Thank you!

Strange place but pretty decor?

I think it would be helpful for the homeowners to live here for a few days and then they will see what it needs to be a successful rental. It’s small things, like it doesn’t have a drying rack or hand towels, or dining table. It’s on the bottom floor of a condo and you can hear every step and creak of the unit above. People upstairs got home each night at 2:30 and were up at 6 (good for them, bad for us). The bathroom water smells like rotten eggs (it wasn’t a low tide thing) and kitchen water was ok. They had soap and shampoo dispensers that were empty. They asked us to run dishwasher upon leaving but there was no detergent or pods. They didn’t send check in code until after 7pm when it was supposed to go at 3 (??). There is no table or place to eat. They didn’t leave pillows or linens for the sofa bed. Weird. The place is cute it’s just a quick flip and I wouldn’t want to be there for more than a night or two max. Perhap fine for sleeping only but also not really. Only one bed is sleepable and the other is junky. Third is a couch. There were a lot of bugs (fine, whatever, it’s summer) so they should throw down some traps or install a screen door. Just sort of a weird experience and I would recommend hand washing your plates. There was a hair on the sponge and a bunch under the sheets (eww). They ask you to do linens and trash and run dishwasher upon departure (fine). Also, the thing that looks like a filthy tissue upon entering is actually just a raised part of the rug.

Loved everything about this place. Great communication with the owner, great location walking distance to Oakland beach, and on a dead end road so it was nice and quiet. The window AC units kept up with the smoking hot weather we had. Fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and very clean. One of my favorite rentals I've stayed in!

Clean and good for money - but part of duplex

This was a very clean place. The house is at the end of a dead end which is nice, but definitely gets a lot of water on the road. The neighborhood is fine. It was nice to look out to marshy grasses and see lots of birds. The place is part of a duplex and you don't necessarily have the driveway to yourself. There is a vrbo listing upstairs and the listing does not make that clear. There is a/c in the living room and bedrooms which is nice. The second bedroom has a futon bed/mattress that is not pictured. The kitchen is nice and clean but can use some things like a baking sheet or some basic cooking supplies like foil and such. The place has been clearly redone and is all new. The TV is nice. The bathroom is nice. You can message for more towels but they only give you four and there are no bathroom or kitchen towels there. It is great for the money, but definitely a basic VRBO and I would have wanted to know that there is an apartment upstairs as you can hear people walking and it would be nice to be able to park in driveway. The location is great to drive places.

We came up from Maryland for a surprise baby shower and our home was perfect. Beds were comfy and home was warm and cozy for the cold weather we had. There were games for the kids. Very happy!
