"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"Official check in time was 4pm but I really needed to check in earlier to attend a funeral. Because there are no humans at the hotel, everything has to be done either over the phone or by text. Slowed down the process. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 1.5 hours before I could get into my room. Also the hot water took more than 10 minutes to come out of the shower and sink."

"This suite was very nice and roomy, we had a top floor apt and we had an excellent view of the city, the only downside was there was no parking at the hotel but we only had to walk about 4 min from where we parked,"

"Great Stay. Comfortable place. Fantastic location. Little issue with the code not working when we arrived. However, the host was very responsive and immediately got it resolved. All in all really great stay. Would definitely return."
