"Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft liegt so zentral in San Francisco, dass alle Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Abends konnte man sich dann noch nett mit den Nachbarn auf der Dachterrasse unterhalten. Der Blick auf San Francisco und Alcatraz waren atemberaubend. Wenn man kann sollte man ohne Auto in dem Bereich unterwegs sein. Die Parkplatzsuche und die anfallenden Kosten sind enorm. Die Unterkunft von Ralph ist absolut empfehlenswert und ich werde sie zukünftig auch wieder buchen...

"This was a lovely stay in a beautiful neighborhood of Alameda. The apartment was easy to access, clean and cozy. It felt like a mini vacation getaway even though I was there for work. And Marti was a lovely host."

"Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort....

"If you enjoy the real experience of a new place like I do then this is the place for your stay. Modest but well stocked with everything you will need and in a great location to get a real feel for the city. 5 stars and highly recommended for your Oakland Experience! Walking distance from pretty much anything you will need and not too far from the ferry landing if you want to bump over to SF for the day. The one minor extra I requested was granted quickly and graciously and I will definitely stay...

"I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come stay again. The host was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I love the location and being Able to sit on the deck amongst the trees and relax. I drove over to Napa. Everything was easy to find. It’s a safe place for solo travelers."

Bike across Golden Gate is a must. If you read some reviews, there are some quirks. None were issues for us. If you are looking for Marriott level decor and empty surfaces, look elsewhere. I’m still laughing at owner’s response to food in freezer. The view, location, and garage parking space at this...

We walked to Trader Joe’s for food to have on hand and loved drinking our coffee on the patio before starting our busy days in Berkeley. Easy street parking. We slept so well in this quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay with this host again."

"When we first got to property I wasn’t too sure if we were in the right place. We arrived late at night and it took some time to find the side path to the studio, but once we found it and went in it was just as the pictures show, so cute and cozy and the owner let us an apple pie which was an amazing surprise. I was there to pick up my daughter from her first year at CAL and it was close to her dorm. I will definitely be staying there again when we move her back I the fall."
