The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. "Beautiful views overlooking the city from the hot tub. My sons 11 & 14 loved hanging out by the fire pit and in the game room. The hosts provided smores, which was a nice touch. House was warm enough and even got hot when it was freezing outside, especially with the electric fireplace on. The drive is a short distance to downtown Pigeon Forge, which was great. Only issue we had was the upstairs shower handle broke on the second day of our vacation, so 6 of us had to share the downstairs bathroom...

"The house and location was great, only thing the tv didn't work in the one bedroom and no tv in the other two bedrooms. Overall peaceful and relaxing with all your needs met. "
