Welcome to our newly renovated cottage just 2 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and still feel like you are nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you’ve ever stayed. If you have any question about the cleanliness, location, or pure awesomeness, take a look at our reviews and you will believe!

This is the right side of a beautiful duplex located in a very quiet holler right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where ya wanna go quick but feel like you’re deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You’ll be snoozin’ about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the Parkway!


We want y'all to love this place like we love our home so we spared no expense to make you feel at home. From the Egyptian Cotton, Anti-Allergen linens, to the down alternative comforters and pillows, bamboo heat-wicking sheets, brand new foam top mattresses, and more, you’ll be sleeping like royalty. (We just ain’t got no one to feed you grapes).


This place is also loaded with some tech goodies. We’ve got a comprehensive cable package you can watch on your 42” smart TVs in each bedroom , a 65” smart TV in the living room, and arcade games with a couple dozen games for you to set some high scores! And listen… I know this ain’t no beach but with our high speed 1200 Mbps internet (our teenager says that’s good), you can still surf the web! #DadJokes


Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances we could think of for any home cooked meals you like to make including a wifi enabled air fryer in the oven. (For when you want your air extra crispy I guess). You’ll also enjoy a dining table that seats up to 6 for all that good takeout you’ll be bringing home too!


While you’re out on the town, don’t be afraid to get a little dirty or start a food fight at a nice restaurant (as long as you don’t tell ‘em we said to do it)… The washer and dryer are ultra high-tech quick and quiet with a steam function too… so you can enjoy your family while the laundry spins.


The living room has seating for the whole family and a pull-out sofa for your extra guests or your spouse when they’re in trouble! But hey, they probably won’t mind since they’ll have the 65” TV and the arcade games!


Both bedrooms are upstairs and absolutely beautiful. The full bath is upstairs and the half bath is downstairs.


Last but certainly not least, is the outdoor space complete with a fire pit (just bring your own wood) and 6 rocking chairs so you can enjoy your spare time with peace and quiet in the crisp mountain air.


If you’re still reading, I know that was about a long as a Harry Potter novel written in large font but… we take pride in our place so we figured you outta know what kind of luxuries you’re in for!

This was a super cute place. Very clean and comfortable beds which is important to us. I like that they allowed dogs without lots of crazy rules. Very close to Dollywood so we took a break midday and came back (note get the preferred parking if you do this). Everything was as described. The was only one con for us and it was that the stairs were steep and slippery with socks on. Would have been nice to have a baby gate to help us keep the dogs downstairs when they were outside their crates. We also were fortunate to not have neighbors in this duplex so I can't speak to if they can be heard or not. It looks like they have 1 story units next door. I would recommend going for those if stairs are an issue as both bedrooms and the shower is upstairs.

Everything was perfect. Steps going to the upstairs were a little steep (just something to be aware of - there were stable hand rails on both sides) and a toaster would be nice, here was a toaster oven. All in all we were very happy with everything.

Family trip had a great time property was close in reach of all the activities we wanted to do. 2 great restaurants that were recommended the local goat and five oaks was amazing . Communication was great from the property owner we will definitely be back to spend more time in this secluded area aaand for more activities we didnt get to do. Thanks to Kim and Logan for opening their place to us.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. The communication even before arriving was fast and wonderful. Everything you need is waiting for you. Beds are soooo comfortable and great after a days walk at Dollywood. Everything is minutes away. Dollywood is right around the corner.

TN Spring Break Vacay

We recently stayed at this property for spring break vacation. I chose it because the online pics and reviews were impressive. The property did not disappoint! We arrived at night, so finding the correct duplex took a few minutes. The outside looks smaller than what the inside is. However, the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you could need is provided for you...cooking, bath, and laundry essentials. The location is also great. It is a five-minute drive from Dollywood and maybe a 15-minute drive from local shops and restaurants. I do have a few minor gripes and tips. First, the porch ceiling needs to be cleared of cobwebs. I am terrified of spiders and was nervous about entering and exiting every day. The property could also use a good power wash. Second, the bumble bees were horrible (everywhere) when we were there. Specifically concerning the property, they hang out by the front door so be careful. Third, the temperature upstairs felt about 10 degrees hotter than downstairs. You may want to close off some vents to get airflow upstairs. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are very steep. Take your time going up and down. There were no towel hooks/bars in the upstairs bathroom, so bring something to hang your towels up. Lastly, the walls are a bit thin. We could hear all the foot traffic and some chatter next door. I'm sure they heard us too, as our dog was barking a bit. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this property!

Cute property

Lovely space for a getaway. Good location that felt off the beaten path but was really close to major access roads. Unit was very cute and was decorated for the holidays which we appreciated. The bathroom was tiny but had everything you needed. The property was very clean and had a good supply of kitchenware if you wanted to cook. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Family Weekend

This was our first experience staying in a vacation rental instead of a hotel. It did not disappoint! We have 3 young adult children, a teenager, and a dog. It can be difficult to find reasonable, clean accommodations for a family of our size when traveling with a pet. This was immaculately clean and adorned with the cutest Christmas decorations. It was slightly tight quarters but workable. It was quiet and felt secluded but was just minutes from everywhere you want to be. You can hear the Dollywood train when you’re outside! The kitchen was adequately equipped for simple meals, but there is no dishwasher which wasn’t a real problem. There is a small grill outside and a fire pit with chairs. Unfortunately, it was rainy and drizzly so we didn’t get to use those. There is plenty of yard space to walk a dog but it is down a slight hill. The beds were comfortable, and each room had adequate space to unpack. The stairs are a bit steep to the upstairs. There is a washer and dryer onsite in case of a laundry emergency. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Away from it all but right in the middle of it

Property is in a wonderful quiet area. Deer running around and plenty if space for a St Bernard to run around. Dollywood so close on one side and Parkway so close on the other side for boutique shopping and playing! Property is clean and arriving and departing is so easy! We have been there twice now and look forward to returning!

Amazing Stay!!

This property was an amazing stay! It is part of a duplex however did not hear the neighbors at all during our week long stay. We stayed with 5 adults, a teenager, and 2 small dogs and we had plenty of room. When we arrived the place was super clean and fully stocked. Forever will appreciate that the Host provided the home with dish soap, a sponge, a broom, swifter with a pad, and enough laundry soap to do a couple loads of laundry if we needed. The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The internet suddenly went down on the last night of our stay however the Host had it back up and running within a matter of minutes. Our dogs had plenty of room to use the bathroom and take on a small walk. We even got to see a deer walk by really close. The location feels secluded from the busy roads but close to Dollywood and Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We definitely would stay again when we make our way back out to Tennessee. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic Stay!!

Absolutely enjoyable stay!! Beautiful property, hosts went above & beyond to accommodate us during the 7 nights we stayed. Beds were super comfy, units clean & well stocked and our pets (2 dogs & a kitty) were welcomed and comfortable. Would 100% schedule another stay at this establishment!!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time and loved the rental! The one and only down side is that some other guests did not keep their dogs leashed or pick up their dogs droppings. The hosts and the rental were absolutely perfect! The units are very sound proof - we had a jet lagged baby as a neighbor and we couldn’t hear a thing! We also really loved the arcade machines. The beds were very comfortable.

Spotless! Beautifully decorated and cozy, exactly as described! You can tell the owners put a lot of love into this place and we greatly appreciate that. We didn’t need anything during the stay. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Birthday Getaway

This rental was so clean you could smell it as soon as you opened the door without being overwhelmed with the smell of bleach. The arcade games in the living room were a fun change of pace from watching tv during down time and the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently stocked and had everything we needed to prepare a charcuterie board.
