"Great location near the main plaza. Like most of the old cities in Italy, you’ll struggle getting any luggage to the room, as the apartment is a .8 mile walk to the nearest public parking garage. The apartment was spacious, with (3) queen-sized beds, as advertised. Check-in is somewhat inconvenient, particularly if you need any instructions getting in. The lockbox on the door is tight to the jamb, with buttons on either side of the box to open the box, once the code is entered. The notes...

"This place is just a haven, in the apartment you will find everything you need. I want to mention espresso how clean is everything, even the swimming pool. It is a perfect place to relax and to travel in Tuscany, I do recommend this place to everyone. You will stay in the heart of nature and relax in peace, with bottle of italian wine and italian food. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope to be back there next summer "

"We had a bit of an issue getting into the property. Locals helped with calling the owner. Not sure what we would have done otherwise! Stairs to our shower area and balcony were not for anyone physically challenged. Very clean, comfortable mattress, darling small town, and lovely breakfast provided."

"Vi havde en Deluxe Villa med 1 soveværelse, lille køkken og garden view til 4 personer. Vi havde nok plads til 4 personer og indretningen var autentisk, men sengene var hårde og korte og ikke alle lige gode. Stedet lå dog i rolige og helt vidunderligt i naturskønne omgivelser med vinmarker og olivenlunde. Poolen var dejlig stor og med en fantastisk udsigt. Desværre blev vores morgenmad aflyst hele ugen, så den fik vi ikke prøvet, men generelt oplevede vi en super service fra Karen. Vi kan varmt...

We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "Appartamento eccellente, pulito, arredamento nuovo e di buon gusto, bagno senza finestra ma con areatore. Letto comodo sia in camera che il divano letto. Cucina ben equipaggiata (mancava solamente la spugna, ma capisco sia fatto per l'igiene, e lo scolapasta). Posto bellissimo e immerso nella natura. Si raggiunge Pontedera in 15 minuti di macchina. Lo consiglio vivamente!"

"The place is in the middle of a huge green area, ideal for those who want peace and quiet location. We were in group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities."

"We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. The view in the morning with the sun coming up was incredibly picturesque. Worth noting that the property is located in the hills and out of the way of any amenities but it does have a Conad (supermarket) about 25-30 mins away. Place is clean and well organised, plenty of towels etc."
