Driving along the splendid tree-lined avenue you reach the villa, placed in the middle of a beautiful Italian garden, with century-old trees overlooking a large swimming pool, available only to the guests of the villa from the last week of April to the first Saturday of October. Tastefully restored and furnished these two villas of the 15th century, are ideal as a setting off point for visiting the most beautiful cities in Tuscany. These two Medici villas are positioned close to each other and can host 16 people, friends or Families. After a busy day sightseeing you can relax around the pool (10×5 metres and 1.5 deep. It also has a well-equipped solarium With outside shower, pool furniture and umbrellas,refectory for an end-of-the -day cool drink or a nice glass of wine.. a outside there is also a patio with BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with caffè’machines, toaster, stove and fridge. If you prefer to eat alfresco there is a veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside . In all, there are three panoramic terraces, ping pong table and lounges and armchairs .

These two magnificent 15th Century villas, originally belonging to the prestigious Medici family, are furnished with taste and complete with every comfort.

Ground Floor

Villa la Loggia 350 square meters When you enter the villa you find yourself in an open space with a dining table on the right (which seats 10 people). It is in farò the of a beautiful vetrage looking out over the portico. After the column on the right there is a lounge-room with fireplace (which takes up the whole wall) a divan 2armchairs and Smart TV. This leads into the Winter lounge, a magnificent with a vetrage looking out onto the park and portico. From this room there is a service bathroom, very spacious but with no shower or bath. To the left of the entrance we find a study with a desk and copying machine, as well as 2 double divan beds. Proceeding along the corridor, on the right there is the laundry, with washing machine and dryer. Instead, on the left, there is a kitchen with a table for 6,fridge, ice maker, dishwasher etc.

First Floor

Going up the staircase to the first floor, to the right there is a double bedroom with single divan bed and double windows. Continuing still on the right there is the master bedroom which includes a single puff bed, enormous vetrage overlooking the valley, two windows, a built-in wardrobe,bathroom with two basins and shower. On the other side of the corridor there is another double bedroom with another single divan bed and an enormous vetrage looking out over the terrace. On the same side of the corridor there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a very big bathroom,(at the service of three bedrooms, with a bath and a shower.

Ground Floor - Depandance: Villa La Terrazza. 200 square meters Entering the villa we have a corridor which opens onto various rooms. The first, on the right, is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with big shower and two basins.The bedroom faces onto a well furnished terrace which is on three sides of the house. On the left, instead, there is another double bedroom, a bathroom and a bedroom with bunk bed. Continuing along the corridor we come to a living area with two four seated divans tables, Smart tv and this leads on to a lounge room with fireplace and access onto a well equipped terrace. This lounge has a dining table for 16people and a wellequipped kitchen and laundry and a bathroom with shower. The panoramic terrace has tables which can seat up to 20 people, small lounges with divans, chaise- long, armchairs and umbrellas.
