"Check in/out process was great. Good location, property was as listed - clean and spacious with laundry. Be prepared to dry clothes on a rack as the combo washer/dryer has a hard time completely drying clothes. This unit is on the top floor, I believe 5 flights up a tight stairway, so if large luggage and/or out of shape, take note. Would stay again. "

"Wonderful place to stay in Paris. Quite large by Paris standards. Steps from multiple restaurants and bars. Excellent communication with property manager Jean-Paul. Situated above two restaurants but noise level never a problem with windows closed in May. Summer may be different as I don’t think unit has AC just a heater. Would recommend and stay again, perhaps not in summer time though. "

"Great location and very nice apartment. The check in/out procedure was easy and flawless and communication with the company was great. The apartment is a bit unusual with a long hallway with bathrooms and then a right turn with another long hallway with the bedrooms. All told the apartment makes 3/4 of a square. I'd definitely stay there again. "

The Metro on the corner was easy to use and convenient, but we felt the location for sightseeing was a bit far. "The apartment is cozy, clean and situated by all kinds of restaurants, close to the metro and was easy to find. Olivier was excellent with communication and met us a little early for check in. "This place is lovely, cute, newly done and all the amenities. Our property manager was great and welcoming. Check in he met us out front after our train and went through the whole unit with us. The only thing was the building is still under renovations (I believe they are just finishing up) once the courtyard and other units are done this will be magnificent! I would definitely rent it next time I am in Paris once the construction is complete. "

"We loved our stay in the little studio apartment in the Marais! Communication with the owner was easy and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is wonderful-around the corner from the Picasso Museum and an easy walk to Notre Dame and other Paris sites. There’s a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment but that’s in the description so wasn’t a surprise. We’re already planning our next Parisienne getaway!"
