"The staff was warm and welcoming and happy to help you navigate the city. We didn’t look at the pool/terrace area (visited in Feb). The room was very clean. One minor issue was the “automatic” closet light in our room delayed clicking on by a couple seconds, then clicked off almost as quickly…so it made it a little difficult to see at times.
