Combine the beach with fascinating Tuscan culture at this charming semi-detached villa in Torre del Lago. The house sleeps 6 guests and is the ideal holiday choice for friends or families looking for a comfortable escape.

The ground floor consists of a spacious, open-plan living area. This is furnished with an elegant corner sofa, a dining table for 6 and a well-appointed fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Marble stairs lead up to the bedrooms.

Guests can enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living, as French windows in the living space open directly onto a shaded terrace. This is furnished with a table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco. There is also a swing chair and a mini slide for young children. A short flight of steps leads to a sunbathing area, complete with sun loungers and a parasol.

Bathroom 1: The en suite bathroom is beautifully appointed with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: The independent bathroom features a shower and basin with a separate bidet and WC.
Extras: There is an outdoor shower in the garden, ideal after a day on the beach. The villa also has a WC on the ground floor.

Location
The villa is ideally located on the popular Versilia Coast, known for its long sandy beaches and pine trees. The sandy beaches are just 1.5 km away and easily accessible by bike, through the lovely forest. Inland Lake Massaciuccoli (5 minutes) offers beautiful hiking routes, or you can hire a boat and explore the waters in peace.

Guests in search of culture and history will be spoiled for choice. Pisa, with its famous leaning tower and impressive cathedral, is only 20 minutes away by car. Whilst the famous walled city of Lucca is only 30 minutes away. For self-catering, Pisa\'s daily market (except Sunday) in Piazza Vettovaglie is the best place to find fresh local ingredients to cook at home. Otherwise, there is a wide range of supermarkets and grocery stores within walking distance of the villa. The resort of Viareggio (10 minutes) has a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés to suit all budgets.

Pisa International Airport is less than 30 minutes away by car.

From 25 April to 13 June and from 1 to 30 September, for all guests staying at Casa Patino, the owner will offer a complimentary beach stay (beach umbrella or tent depending on the number of guests staying at Casa Patino and availability) for the entire duration of the booking at his beach resort in Torre del Lago.
