"The room we had was beautiful. New, spacious, modern & quiet. Excellent shower and separate WC. Bed extremely comfortable. Only downside was the 9th floor restaurant. Bright lights, noisy, unwelcoming. There was a group of kids yelling & screaming & jumping on lounge furniture. I complained to Maitre d' who said "nothing he could do"! Hopeless! The Novotel restaurant is much better."

"I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back."

"This is one of my favorite hotels ever and we travel all over the world frequently. The entire staff took great care of. Can’t say enough good things about the concierge Baj. He helped us with transportation, tours and even made sure we were able to get breakfast in before an early tour. The hotel was gorgeous too but the staff made it even more special. Highly recommend."

"The room that we stayed in had a beautiful view of the Sky Tower, the city and the ocean. It was so clean and comfortable and the beds were so cosy. The staff were lovely and helpful and made us feel at home. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had so many options. The location is also very convenient in the city centre. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Auckland."
