"One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby...

"The staff were amazing, the room was lovely. We love the hotel so much, this is our 2nd time staying. Unfortunately the noise was really bad over the weekend we were there. There were cars and motor bikes racing on the road below, loads of screaming and yelling late at night due to the bars. It made sleeping really difficult. I got ear plugs on the final night. "

"Brand new hotel & therefore had glitches but I suppose that was reflected in the price paid for a junior suite. There was building work going on while we stayed there, which set the fire alarm off & meant a walk down the stairs from 13th floor onto the back street, & since that entrance wasn’t open, meant a lot of guests had to walk thru the streets in their pyjamas. There isn’t enough wardrobe space for anything other than a few nights stay. The TV didn’t work properly & kept displaying sound...
