"We had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, making it easy to explore the area, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
One thing to note is that there isn’t a 24/7 reception. After the evening (around 8 p.m.), you enter the building using an access code. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something future guests should be...

"We loved the premises and the staff! The breakfast was really good and awesome to have. The views are amazing! The only problem we had was that we were in the middle of a heat wave and the ac was out of service! It would have been nice to learn about this before hand."

"Appartement très bien restauré dans le centre historique de Prato. Très bien situé pour profiter de l'ambiance et des restaurants. Laveuse dans l'appartement et sécheuses à l'étage: très apprécié.
Le problème c'est l'arrivée pcq il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir et les codes pour entrer sont ardus à obtenir. La gestion se fait à distance et c'est pénible, car les consignes ne sont pas arrivées à temps ni pour l'arrivée ni pour le départ. Nous avons reçu les consignes pour les clés le...
