This newly constructed, retro styled home is right in the heart of Venus Bay - a 5 minute walk to the local shops and a 10 minute walk to the main patrolled beach. It's the perfect place to unwind and escape from the city, with the sound of the roaring ocean heard from the deck, to spotting the wildlife around you. Stunning places to see like Walkerville South, the towns of Meeniyan, Inverloch and Wilsons Prom on your doorstep if you choose!!!

With two inviting sitting areas, multiple TV's - one Smart TV allowing access to streaming platforms, a bathroom with laundry access, a separate toilet and three generous bedrooms, this home radiates comfort and space. Also, a workstation where you have access to Wi-Fi and a monitor to do those last-minute emails.
