"Exactly as advertised! But honestly we had no idea what a great area this part of Venice was. We rode bikes to the beach every day and up and down Abbott Kinney where we ate at Gjelina twice. Hot tub was great. Felt very safe and secure the whole time. We were running low on Nespresso pods on day 2. Went to Whole Foods to buy some more — they don’t have’em!! "Leroy is an awesome host he responds quickly when you reach out to him. I needed to extend my stay and he did not hesitate to allow me. The property is as described on the listing, great parking if you know Long Beach parking can be difficult! The kitchen has every pot and pan you could need to cook up a delicious meal.
